diversify your practice activities and never burn out
If you are a Masters-level clinician, and this kind of career appeals to you, then consider joining our Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Training for Clinicians class.
Coaching is a young, growing profession for which therapists are ideally positioned. Your clinical background already provides you with many of the skill sets used in coaching, as well as professional standards and legitimacy that coaches with other backgrounds may lack. Completing this training also qualifies you to earn a coaching credential*, which further distinguishes you in the coaching profession.
Compared to other coaching training programs, this class is tailored to clinicians, allows you to complete the training considerably sooner (only 12 weeks), costs 30% - 75% less, and offers 29 CEUs (a $600 value).
This program is designed to provide licensed, clinical professionals with training in professional coaching skills. Upon successful completion of this program, participants will perform at the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level of practice. This PCC level is an internationally recognized standard of practice established by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Program graduates will be qualified to coach clients in a variety of settings to enable increases in personal and professional effectiveness.
Throughout this class, participants will learn how to…
differentiate coaching vs. counseling frameworks
establish a coaching agreement
build a coaching partnership
create coaching presence
practice coaching-specific communication skills
elicit key awareness from clients
recognize and integrate cultural issues in coaching
explain how and why coaching works (the neuroscience of coaching)
build a coaching practice!
Coaching—either business or personal—is about empowering clients to pursue and achieve goals, through a collaborative relationship and artful facilitation (see Coaching Defined for more information). At present, the industry is not regulated by state boards, insurance does not apply, clients often participate through video conference (giving you unlimited reach), and fees average from $200-$300 hourly for individual clients, and $300+ hourly for corporate-sponsored clients.
If you are looking to grow professionally, diversify your activities, improve your quality of career life, and increase your earning potential within a reasonable period of time, then contact Jason Sackett, PCC, LCSWright away to learn more about this valuable opportunity. Our next class will start July 10, 2017, and space is extremely limited.
